Self Love Spray was created to help you reconnect to your inherent worth. It gently softens self-judgment, dissolves old programming, and invites in compassion, peace, and emotional healing. This blend is not loud- it’s nurturing, soothing, and reminds you that taking a moment for yourself (even if it's only a tiny one) is important to maintain balance. You can't pour from an empty cup.
Use this spray to ground back into your heart when you’re feeling self-critical, disconnected, tender, or finding yourself getting upset over someone else's actions (focus inward, they can't disturb your inner peace once it's cultivated properly!). Whether you’re healing through grief, calling yourself back home, or simply wanting to treat yourself with more care, this spray reminds you that you are enough. It also smells like you're handing yourself a big bouquet of flowers & that brings me a lot of joy every time I use it all by itself. :)

Each herbal ingredient, stone, symbol, and even the bottle color has been carefully chosen for its deep energetic relevance and intentional purpose within each recipe. The stones function as a noise maker for you to focus on as you shake the bottle gently while focusing on your intent or invocation, the scent of the recipe will transport you into the full presence of the spirits of the herbs within the recipe as you ask for their assistance, and the moisturizing oil will nourish your skin. The visually striking nature of these bottles makes these these excellent visual cues for around your home, make sure you place them somewhere that will remind you to do your daily spiritual hygiene and just watch how your life changes.
You are powerful, sovereign, sacred, and worthy of protection. Sometimes all you need to do is CLAIM IT, and your will be done.
Close your eyes, shake the bottle, and focus on the sounds of the stones moving within it. Quiet your mind while focusing on the sound of the stones, and ground yourself with breath work (breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 4, out for 6 while imagining any chaotic or unpleasant energy leaving your body and flowing into the earth via roots extending from your body - do this until you feel noticeably calmer). Once calm and centered, decide what intention you would like your application to result in & hold the bottle to your heart as you speak it externally or internally. You can create an invocation on your own (this is a powerful practice!), or you can use the below as an example:
Invocation to speak when spraying:
“I am enough as I am.
I soften, I open, I receive my own love.
I am safe to be whole and worthy.”
Note: I highly suggest that you customize your own invocations to suit your needs! When we craft our own it puts even more energy into the intention behind it. You can change it up or keep it the same, it doesn't matter! I like to write mine on paper and tape over it completely with packing tape so it's water proof, then tape it to the bottle. I switch these out as needed. I feel most powerful when I say these out loud from the depths of my chest, but you can also whisper or say them just inside your head. :)
Ways to Use:
Mist around the heart, shoulders, and neck to invite softness & take some deep breaths.
Use before mirror work, journaling, yoga, or self-healing rituals (I LOVE to use this before yoga as a sensory reminder that I'm doing a good self care job, and I used to spray it when I found myself getting annoyed at someone's behavior like giving myself flowers to distract myself LOL)
If you don’t want to spray directly on the body, mist into your hands and place them over your heart or brush around yourself with loving intention as if you're wiping off and charging up the space around you (your aura).
