Dream Spray was created to help you rest without interference- energetically, emotionally, and psychically. Whether you’re a vivid dreamer, highly sensitive sleeper, or someone who feels exposed at night during our most vulnerable moments energetically, this blend acts as a protective shield. It quiets the mind, stabilizes the energy body, and keeps your dream space sacred. This was born after I personally experienced some concerning "dreams" & circumstances beyond my then understanding- and was one of my first sprays (and oils) that I created for myself.
This spray doesn't force lucidity or dream recall; instead it helps filter out external influence so you can receive only what’s aligned with your healing, insight, and restoration. Commanding your space be safe, sovereign, and secure is step 1, adding to those safety rituals with extra steps and sensory inputs is step 2. :) That's why I created an oil AND a spray for this purpose, you can choose whichever one suits your self care and protective rituals best.

Each herbal ingredient, stone, symbol, and even the bottle color has been carefully chosen for its deep energetic relevance and intentional purpose within each recipe. The stones function as a noise maker for you to focus on as you shake the bottle gently while focusing on your intent or invocation, the scent of the recipe will transport you into the full presence of the spirits of the herbs within the recipe as you ask for their assistance, and the moisturizing oil will nourish your skin. The visually striking nature of these bottles makes these these excellent visual cues for around your home, make sure you place them somewhere that will remind you to do your daily spiritual hygiene and just watch how your life changes.
You are powerful, sovereign, sacred, and worthy of protection. Sometimes all you need to do is CLAIM IT, and your will be done.
Close your eyes, shake the bottle, and focus on the sounds of the stones moving within it. Quiet your mind while focusing on the sound of the stones, and ground yourself with breath work (breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 4, out for 6 while imagining any chaotic or unpleasant energy leaving your body and flowing into the earth via roots extending from your body - do this until you feel noticeably calmer). Once calm and centered, decide what intention you would like your application to result in & hold the bottle to your heart as you speak it externally or internally. You can create an invocation on your own (this is a powerful practice!), or you can use the below as an example:
Invocation to speak when spraying:
“My body rests, my spirit is safe.
Only pure intentioned & true love, healing, and truth for my highest good may reach me.
All else is turned away at the gates and redirected to their own healing.
I sleep protected, I dream clearly, and I return whole.”
Note: I highly suggest that you customize your own invocations to suit your needs! When we craft our own it puts even more energy into the intention behind it. You can change it up or keep it the same, it doesn't matter! I like to write mine on paper and tape over it completely with packing tape so it's water proof, then tape it to the bottle. I switch these out as needed. I feel most powerful when I say these out loud from the depths of my chest, but you can also whisper or say them just inside your head. :)
Ways to Use:
Mist around your bed, headboard, or around your body before sleep
Spray the bottoms of your feet or chest to ground your energy and protect your heart space
Use after nightmares to reset your field before falling back asleep (or if you find yourself waking up a lot, re-spray before nodding back off. The Dream protect oil lasts longer if this is a problem for you!)
If you prefer not to spray directly on the body, mist over bedding, the outside of a sleep mask, or into the air and lie beneath it with intention (I like to spray around my bed before I go to sleep while saying my own personal invocation).
