Clarity Spray is formulated to help you cut through mental noise, psychic interference, and energetic fog. Whether you’re recovering from emotional overwhelm, spiritual noise, or trying to tune into truth before a decision or ritual, this spray helps sharpen your mind and clear your field.
It helps re-establish sovereignty over your thoughts, releases outside projections, and supports focused awareness- without overstimulation or force. Ideal before meditation, readings, or when you just need to come back to yourself. I created this one when I was worried that my previous trauma may have been clouding my judgement in some areas (it turns out it wasn't, but now I have this tool anyway haha!).

Each herbal ingredient, stone, symbol, and even the bottle color has been carefully chosen for its deep energetic relevance and intentional purpose within each recipe. The stones function as a noise maker for you to focus on as you shake the bottle gently while focusing on your intent or invocation, the scent of the recipe will transport you into the full presence of the spirits of the herbs within the recipe as you ask for their assistance, and the moisturizing oil will nourish your skin. The visually striking nature of these bottles makes these these excellent visual cues for around your home, make sure you place them somewhere that will remind you to do your daily spiritual hygiene and just watch how your life changes.
You are powerful, sovereign, sacred, and worthy of protection. Sometimes all you need to do is CLAIM IT, and your will be done.
Close your eyes, shake the bottle, and focus on the sounds of the stones moving within it. Quiet your mind while focusing on the sound of the stones, and ground yourself with breath work (breathe in for a count of 4, hold for 4, out for 6 while imagining any chaotic or unpleasant energy leaving your body and flowing into the earth via roots extending from your body - do this until you feel noticeably calmer). Once calm and centered, decide what intention you would like your application to result in & hold the bottle to your heart as you speak it externally or internally. You can create an invocation on your own (this is a powerful practice!), or you can use the below as an example:
Invocation to speak when spraying:
“I release distortion, previous trauma and pain that may be effecting my vision.
I reclaim truth. My mind is clear, my field is strong,
and only what is mine for my highest good remains.”
Note: I highly suggest that you customize your own invocations to suit your needs! When we craft our own it puts even more energy into the intention behind it. You can change it up or keep it the same, it doesn't matter! I like to write mine on paper and tape over it completely with packing tape so it's water proof, then tape it to the bottle. I switch these out as needed. I feel most powerful when I say these out loud from the depths of my chest, but you can also whisper or say them just inside your head. :)
Ways to Use:
Mist around your head, heart, or space when you feel foggy, scattered, or mentally unclear
Spray around your tools or divination altar before readings to remove energetic static
Use before journaling or decision-making to come back to your inner voice
If you prefer not to spray near your face, mist onto a piece of fabric or over your hands and sweep over your body, or breathe in the scent while meditating on your intent.
