Each bracelet is handmade using your choice of 10mm beads (there is a different listing for the 8mm bracelet!). I custom size every bracelet based on the option you choose at checkout, so please measure your wrist before ordering to ensure the best fit!

I personally tested six different stringing methods and chose to double-string each bracelet using high-quality elastic cord, if and when the elastic naturally breaks down, or if you snag and rip one of them, there is still another string left to hold the bracelet & warn you to be gentle with it.
Grab a string and wrap around your wrist as big or small as you want your bracelet, then measure said string; OR use a soft measuring tape and measure your wrist to find your best fit.
